MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan the overall converting strategies for the entire organization with respect to Operation Director’s direction and customers’ requirements
遵循运营总监及客户的需求，计划分切部门的生产策略
- Utilize available resources in meeting quality, cost, business goals and the accomplishment of productivity continuous improvement
利用资源达到质量，成本目标，实现生产持续改进
- Maintain & update ISO related documentation and implement procedures in accordance to ISO standards
维护更新ISO 相关文件并根据相应标准进行实施
- Optimize technology, improve produce environment
优化技术，改善生产环境
- Coach, manage, develop and evaluate performances of subordinates
教导，管理，发展，评估下属
- Recommend selection, salary adjustment and promotion of subordinates
推荐工资涨幅，人员升迁
- House keeping project to ensure a safe, clean and orderly working environment
保证产品安全，清洁及工作场地有序.
- Respond to any emerging/crisis case in the responsible areas & escalate
负责相应生产区域的安全及疏散
- Internal & external information communicate. Other jobs assigned by Operation Director

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in machinery is preferred
机械专业学士以上
- At least 6 years manufacturing management experience with 2 years in management position in an MNC
6年以上生产管理经验，2年以上跨国公司工作经验
- Familiar with all production statistic and improvement skills
熟悉生产统计及改善技巧
- Knowledge of complex manufacturing processes
生产流程体系知识
- Ability to supervise, manage and interact with people at all level
能管理、运作及与其他部门人员合作
- Self-motivated, customer-orientated, system thinking and mature
自我激励，客户导向，系统思维，成熟
- Experience in tape industry or diecutting manufacturing is definitely a plus
