MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- GM calendar management & travel booking
- Regional meeting logistic management
- Logistics for visitors, car, hotel, lunch and etc
- Monthly report consolidation, daily Moring meeting briefing
- All paper need signed by GM collecting and distribution
- Other tasks assigned by management
- The first contract for this position is 6 months.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree above in English, Admin management
- 1~3 years EA/Secretary experience.
- Fluent in English & Microsoft office skills
- Attention to detail
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Proficient in reading and writing English
