He has been the Regional Training Manager for both Honeywell(industrial) and David Jones (retail), when both companies were undergoing significant organizational change. These roles provided him with insight and experience into the communicating and implementing of change.
His primary responsibilities in these roles were to:
create and implement learning plan processes to be used across Asia,manage the full suite of competency based training programsdeliver the skills development that supported IT and process based corporate renewal. This development included scoping and needs analysis, design anddelivery of both classroom training and e-learning.
Tony¡¯s corporate experience stretches across several industries: industrial, retail, banking and insurance over 21 years.
His major clients include Honeywell (in 9 countries across Asia), Bristol Myers Squibb, Henkel, Qantas, NSW Rail Corporation, Danone, and Huntsman Polyurethane.
Tony is a registered Organizational Psychologist in Australia, and has graduate qualifications in Psychology, Sociology, Workplace Training and Assessment, and post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Sport Psychology
