We conduct our search assignments with standard process in general, adjusted according to the specific requirements of clients.
Each assignment begins with JOB DEFINITION with clients where the key parameters of the search are agreed and settled down.

Consultants therefore initiate the PRE-SEARCH ASSIGNMENT which involves meeting with key executives to communicate the business culture, strategy, and other points related with the opening. Meanwhile, job specification is draft, where describes in detail the organizaition, the title, job location, responsibilities, accountabilities, and goals of the vacancy. It also refers to the qualifications and competencies required for placement.

IDENTIFYING CANDIDATE SOURCES continues to be the beginning of the search, playing an unparallel role in the whole process. Under directions of consultants, the business analysts and researchers map out of all the relative industry & functional practices, and then select out the concentrated industry markets where the perspective candidates emerge.

Having defined the talents sources, we continue our targeted research into corporations and businesses to chase for those best qualified for the role, which is regarded as the IDENTIFICATION OF SPECIFIC CANDIDATES. We speak to any sources who are relevant and qualified, and then make out basic evaluations on individuals, based on our views and opinions.

All above has laied a solid foundation for us to approach potential candidates on two channels of PHONE SCREEING and IN-PERSON INTERVIEW. Within this procedure, we are determined to clarify that an individual is both motivated and qualified for the opportunity. Each candidate is interviewed and evaluated subjected to the job specification, which comes out into executive report presented to our clients.

We always make PRELIMINARY REFERENCE CHECK for each candidate by informal external sources, assisting clients verify the candidate's achievements and record.

When the client finishes selecting their satisfied candidate, our consultants will do the REGULAR REFERENCE CHECK to further assess and validate each candidate's competencies, strengths and weaknesses, with the provision of external advices to clients.

When the offer is sent out to the candidate, the 1st round of search is closed. During this period, our consultants are actively participate in VARIOUS NEGOTIATIONS involved. Signed-off candidates are promptly and courteously noticed.

ASSIGNMENT STUDY VIEWS (ASV), which is unique among search firms, is conducted in detail after each search assignment. We set back all-around each step of the search, brainstorming and learning experience and know-hows from the execution.This is for improving the quality of our service in the future.
