Overview of Program
This program has been developed to impart the practical aspects of developing and implementing strategy for businesses operating in multi-national environment, spanning different cultures, languages and business environment. The simple, easy-to-follow 4 step process has been designed to help operating managers understand the key issues to be aware of in developing and implementing strategies. At the same time the course is conducted in a very hands-on manner by experienced trainers who themselves have been CEOs of companies with multi-national businesses in the Asia Pacific region, in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and India.

Structure of Program
The program has been structured as 6-half day sessions run over 3 days. Each session begins with an introductory lecture of the topic, which is then followed by hands-on work to identify the factors pertinent to the participants'own company and industry. Participants work together in small teams to identify the issues, then they will share it with the whole class and all the relevant issues are summarized and re-distributed to each participant. This caters for the fact that not all participants are likely to be familiar with all the areas affecting their whole business.

Participants would, at the end of the 3 days, identify the factors affecting their business, their own internal capabilities, specific actions plans and also specific development programs to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy, e.g., succession planning for the management team.
