Introduction
Project Leadership workshop teaches project managers the behavioral skills necessary to improve their ability to lead their project teams more effectively. Project Leadership is a three-day, classroom-based workshop which is designed to be delivered via a problem-centered approach. Participants will be presented with a project leadership issue in the form of a video-based case study.

They will then use their problem solving skills to identify issues presenting the situation and discuss ways to further diagnose and/or solve the problem. Participants will also take over a simulated project and apply their project management skills to completing the project.

The Project Leadership¡¯s problem-centered learning approach
is designed to address project management concepts through
the Five Phases of Project Management - Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing.

Objectives
By the end of this program, trainers/potential trainers will be able to:
Lead a project team so that it meets its potential for productivity and effectiveness

Apply principles of change management to gain team member support for the project
