4P Management Coaching  

Course Objective
   The key objectives of this program are to:
   understand the how coaching can be used by Senior Managers&
   Supervisors to improve their team performance
   Set goals that are aligned with overall corporate directions
   Develop performance plans and monitor execution
   Identify how to motivate their staff
Course Structure
The training program is built on introducing the practical aspects of the Management Process, in particular, coaching to enhance and increase overall performance of each Executive, as well the whole team.

This training is in 6 distinctive Modules 4P Management
Coaching Program:
Module 1:Introduction to 4P Management Coaching Program
This module introduces the Supervisors to what is coaching, the different
types of coaching, when it can be used and the benefits of coaching
in motivating and enhancing their staff performance. It also gives them
an overview of the 4P Management Coaching Program framework
and its 4 phases.
Module 2:4P Management Coaching Program ¡§C Prepare Phase
This is the 1st phase of the 4P Management Coaching Program,
where the Executives current performance is reviewed against the
desired targets set by the Supervisor. This preparation would then
form the basis of the whole coaching exercise between the Supervisor
and the Executives.
Module 3: 4P Management Coaching Program ¡§C Plan Phase
The 2nd phase of the 4P Management Coaching Program is to define
the desired outcome and the steps to achieve at the end of the coaching
program. This could be improvement of current performance
or modifications or enhancement to skills and talents already being
exhibited currently by the Executives. Actionable implementation
plans and objective performance measures will also be developed
here so as to guide and assess the progress and development of the staff.
Module 4: 4P Management Coaching Program - Perform Phase
The next phase of the 4P Management Coaching Program is to
perform or implement the action plan developed in the previous phase
This is where the Executives would implement all the agreed
tasks to accomplish the required objectives. The Supervisor, in this
phase, would observe and guide their performance.
Module 5: 4P Management Coaching Program - Present Phase
In the final phase of the 4P Management Coaching Program, the
Executives will present their performance and jointly review with
the Supervisor to identify the strengths that can be enhanced and
weaknesses that need to be mitigated. This would then be
the basis for the subsequent coaching program for the continual
improvement of the Executives performance.
Module 6: Being a Good Coach
In this final module the Supervisors would be given sound and practical
guidelines and tips on how to be good coaches.While the previous
modules will guide them on what coaching is, this module will help
them on how to coach well.

Throughout the program the participants will be exposed theoretical foundations of the various tools and techniques. More importantly they will be able to hone their skills through ample practice during the 2 days.The different techniques used to achieve this would be  through the case studies, role plays, group discussions and
presentations. This experiential learning will reinforce their confidence in applying these useful techniques in their customer engagements immediately.
