Successful Project Management

Introduction
The program is designed to position the skills and understanding of participants so they can better appreciate the implications of their decisions to project success. In approaching the design of the program we have focused on the need for participants to learn through the experience of running a project and to that end we have included a computer- based simulation project. The program is designed to address project management concepts through the Five Phases of Project Management - Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing. Participants not only have hands-on experience in planning a project over the five phases of project management, they also get to take over the project and projects manage it to completion.
