Introduction
Pressures on managers are higher than ever before. They need to learn faster, cope with stress better, think more quickly and handle their emotions. The dependency on team performance is increasing. Coaching is a fast, on the job, highly personalised way for managers to develop the skills of their team.
On this program, managers will learn how to facilitate that learning based around questions and a process that helps draw out the thinking of the learner. By doing this, a manager can assess their development level more accurately, and then plan the solution more effectively.
Topics for coaching include handling emotions, career development, setting personal goals, responding resourcefully to failure, communicating with others, and team management.
