This program uses the Team Management Systems approach to improving performance at work, being clear on the roles different people play within a team in order for all team members to make valuable contributions.

Use a SWOT analysis to assess the current state (resources, abilities) of your team

Apply the 4 stages of team development needed for any team to perform at its best
Identify and state clearly your team¡¯s purpose and objectives

Assess the types of decisions we need to make and the resources we need in order to be successful

Practice your team cohesion by engaging in several problem solving activities
