He has conducted numerous training programs with a focus in negotiation and influencing for global, corporate and consumer sales teams, engineers and special project teams who have to undergo constant negotiations with the government, public utilities, suppliers and customers.
Prior to entering consulting, Thomas was for eight years Training Services Manager in PCCW (formerly known as Hong Kong Telecom).
Besides the telecom industry, Thomas has worked with the retail, fashion, banking, container terminals and government departments.Some of the recent clients that Thomas has worked with in ENS include the Urban Renewal Authority, Reader¡¯s Digest and The Airport Authority.
With proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Thomas is conducting workshops in these languages in Asia, mostly in China.As a result he is very familiar with corporate environment sand how people negotiate in that culture
Thomas has a Bachelor¡¯s Degree as well as a Diploma of Training Management, both from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
He also recently completed a one-year executive education on business studies in Tsinghua University, China. |
