POSITION SUMMARY
- To be responsible for formulation of investment strategy
- Work closely with senior executives and functional leaders, liaising between business groups¡¯ senior management in WOFE or JV and the corporate office teams to support IMC¡¯s strategy and investment process

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Development investment strategy by defining strategic issues, options and implementation plans
- Work with internal and external experts to extract primary data from the market and plan for collect secondary data.?
- Utilize advanced analytic tools, process rigor and appropriate cross functional participation to confirm quality, depth and consistency of strategic decisions
- Lead and run planning process to ensure it is well-connected to the company¡¯s strategic issues and that the plan provides vision for long-term strategic success
- Communicate strategic analyses, alternatives and critical information to all levels, functions and regions of the organization. Responsible for creating and delivering periodic updates of strategy presentations
- Institutionalize the strategic planning process within organization
- Lead and run project for investment strategy execution, including negotiation support, project management and monitoring progress
- Support internal organization initiatives and projects
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in economics / Finance / business with excellent grades in top schools in China
- MBA degree from top MBA school majoring in strategy, marketing, finance or operations
- 2+ years experience in top tier international consulting firms in China
- With additional 2~5 years experience in operations or business development in MNC in China
- CPA or CFA is an advantage
- Financial modelling skills, knowledge on using common office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Master economic theories and key financial analyses
- Strong business senses
- Ability to develop clear business strategies
- Ability to work under pressure and face challenges?
- Ability to coach and direct work for sub-ordinates
- Ability to work as project leader to lead colleagues from different units and make sure things under control
