MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Acquire new projects from existing and new customers;从现有的客户及新客户处获得新的项目；
2. Analyze customer requirements;分析客户的需求；
3. Preparation of commercial documents, such as offers and presentations;准备各项商务文件，如合同及产品介绍；
4. Internal sales project manager, coordinating commercial, technical and legal aspects during the project bidding phase;在公司内部作为销售的项目经理，在投标阶段中，负责协调商务、技术及法律等方面的事务；
5. Negotiate commercial contracts with customers;与客户针对合同进行商务谈判；
6. Keep customer relations.维护客户关系。

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Master/Bachelor in electrical or mechanical engineering本科及以上学历，电气工程或机械工程专业；
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferable for electro technical components for metros, intercity trains or locomotives;至少2－3年销售经验，有地铁、城轨或牵引头电力电子组件经验者优先；
3. Knowledge about power electronics;对电力电子有一定的了解；
4. Able to work independently and under pressure;良好的抗压能力和独立工作能力；
5. Familiar with contract issues and able to estimate technical and commercial risks;熟悉行业的合同内容，具有一定的技术判断和商业风险评估的能力；
6. Good computer skills;良好的电脑操作技能；
7. Willing to travel in China Mainland.愿意接受国内出差的安排。
