The firm provides project definition and preliminary design, detailed engineering and construction, plant commissioning and start-up, operations and project management.

POSITION SUMMARY

1. Reporting to the Group Engineering Manager, positions are available in Singapore, China and Malaysia depending on candidate experience and suitability.?????????????
2. Domestic and international travel to meet project needs may be necessary.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The Project Controls Group is responsible for the following activities:
2. Change management;
3. Cost control;
4. Planning and scheduling;
5. Progress monitoring and reporting;
6. Forecasting and project administration.
7. Tasks and responsibilities:
8. To be responsible for the project planning, scheduling and tracking of projects
9. Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly project progress and cost reports;
10. Generating and preparing monthly progress curves(earned value/S-curve) for the projects to the client and management;
11. Co-ordinate with site engineers, supervisors for site erection activities work progress;
12. Attending progress review meetings with clients and preparation of minutes of meeting;
13. Interaction with clients and sub contractors;
14. Assist to the project manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Require minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in a project environment;
2. Background in design and construction projects preferable;
3. Bachelors degree or higher in engineering preferable;
4. Experience in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office is essential;
5. Possess strong analytical mind, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
