POSITION SUMMARY
- As the Operation Director, you will lead the management of our Chengdu manufacturing while implementing key revenue growth as well as performance improvement initiatives for the China TPS business.
- You will be accountable for all business processes such as:
- Order fulfillment
- Manufacturing capacity management; production control and logistics
- Supply chain management
- Procurement
- Manufacturing engineering
- Health and safety
- Inventory management
- Quality assurance and Sales & Marketing

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the management our Cheng Du manufacturing facilities.
- Centralize and organize the Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing initiatives.
- Define world-class quality and performance metrics, and align performance goals, measure and leadership drivers throughout the organization.
- Redefine functional responsibilities of individuals and departments to align with company¡¯s strategic growth and operational targets.
- Generate and encourage a supportive team oriented environment.
- Develop and empower all team members and stake holders, coaching, counseling and inspiring them to perform to world-class standards.
- Work collaboratively across all functional units to optimize the running of our China operations for TPS Products.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Outstanding results as leader in a high-performing manufacturing company.
- 7-10+ years experience in operations leadership preferably with leading multi-national companies.
- Bachelor degree required and MBA degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to turnaround and lead an organization in best practices, including:
- Problem identification and resolution
