To manage and support the existing and future businesses geographically located in China and the need to provide financial planning & analysis on strategy, business performance, Capex, and new investments. With collaboration with Tax, Treasury, Direct Investment, Financial Planning teams

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Lead China Financial Planning and Analysis function including Financial Planning, Performance Management, and Business & Investment Analysis. Support business decision making process by providing insightful financial analyses and playing leadership role in set up business processes and coach.? Collaborate with Direct Investment, Tax, Treasury,? Group Financial planning teams on projects in relation to new investment / business development.? Build financial planning capability for the entire China.?
2.1 Financial Planning
- Lead the financial planning to deliver accurate financial performance outlook, provide analysis on business performance
- Develop robust bottom-up budgeting systems including Annual Operation Plan
- Coordinate and provide accurate cash flow forecast
- Support Strategic Plan development and communication
2.2 Performance Management
- Lead performance review process, set up the review agenda, ensure timely and data integrity of variance reports (actual vs. KPI¡¯s); cause of changes / gap analysis / issues sheets and review materials for the monthly meeting
- Set up cash flow KPI¡¯s, process for gap analysis, review and action plan development
2.3 Business and Investment Analysis
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision
- Support in developing expansion strategy, Capex projects, capital optimization projects, and other business development / investment analysis that facilitate senior management decision making:
- Support Direct Investment and coordinate with cross functions to develop investment proposals
- Support in developing financial model, feasibility study, and business case with inputs from various functions ????????
- Build and articulate the business case
- Lead financial modelling effort to develop P&L? and cash flow projections for potential targets
Quantify potential synergies post integration based on input from functional teams
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Accurate and on time delivery of financial plans
- (NOPBT and OFCF +/- variances of actual vs. plan /forecast)
- Approval secured for capacity expansion plan, operating capexes and investment projects
- Quality of monthly Operation Review process
- System & business process operation efficiency
Education
- MBA graduate, with concentration in Finance and/or Business Strategy
Experience
- At least 10 years of proven experience in a multinational company
- 5 years plus in finance leadership
Technical Competency (Technical Know-how, Skills etc)
- Excellent analytical skill and modelling skills with extensive hands-on experience
- Effective in combining conceptual thinking with sound business judgment to identify / analyze business issues and develop action plan
- Strong system and process thinking
- Good understanding about total business operation, key drivers and performance measures
