POSITION SUMMARY
- The need to manage and support the existing and future IMC Shipping and Logistic businesses geographically located in China, to provide statutory and management reporting in accordance with local requirements and IMC Control and Compliance policy, and to provide financial stewardship of company assets and activities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Feedback on proactive supports to business from SBU/BU
- Response & Resolution time to issue
- Audit Rating
- % Non Compliance to statutory laws, # of non-conformances
- # of reporting errors and on-time submission
- Training man days/ as per plan, Development plans for individual team members, backfill in place for all key positions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance
- Min. 10 years of extensive control experience in multinational companies, Min. 5 experience in senior management
- Knowledge in Internal Financial Accounting Standards and China GAAP and tax
- Broad understanding and management experience in finance, accounting, treasury, internal control, and maintaining relations with regulatory bodies
- Strong in system and process
