MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- To lead/manage outsourced facilities supplier to make sure smooth utilities operation, and maintain good office environmental.
- Provide expertise to coach and supervise facilities supplier conduct preventive/corrective maintenance program.
- Tracking utilities consumption, conduct energy saving program.
- EHS fully compliance thru cooperate & coordinate local authority
- Support & stand-by other facilities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably in Construction Engineering/HVAC
- 5+ years property/facility management experience
- Understanding of relevant EHS tools
- Fluent working knowledge of Microsoft productivity software applications
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Good command of both spoken and written English
