MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. To lead/manage outsourced facilities supplier to make sure smooth utilities operation, and maintain good office environmental.
2. Provide expertise to coach and supervise facilities supplier conduct preventive/corrective maintenance program.
3. Tracking utilities consumption, conduct energy saving program.
4. EHS fully compliance thru cooperate & coordinate local authority
5. Support & stand-by other facilities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably in Construction Engineering/HVAC
2. 5+ years property/facility management experience
3. Understanding of relevant EHS tools
4. Fluent working knowledge of Microsoft productivity software applications
