POSITION SUMMARY

1. Responsible for software development, FAT in the factory and site Commissioning and training to the customer of the project.
2. Must be familiar with system process and our equipments.
3. Must have automation background.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Project Contract Understanding—Understanding contract and resources prepared to ensure the automation design is suit with requirements by customers.
2. FDS Prepare—Prepare FDS, Ensure the sequence function are suit with process design.
3. HMI interface software development—HMI software development, ensure the HMI with our standard and has enough function to operation the plant. By Siemens WinCC Flexible, WinCC, Intouch and etc.
4. PLC Software Development—Coding Software according to FDS, ensure the software are suit on the process, i.e. Siemens, AB PLC and etc.
5. Simulation—Run FAT in our factor before delivery the system to the site with process customer requirement
6. Training to Customer—Give Course and site training to the customer; ensure the operator can run the plant by themselves.
7. Plant running maintenance—Ensure the plant can run perfect according to the process and software design.
8. User manual and software backup—Finish the user manual and backup the software and all commissioning document on the server in our office.
9. Service in Warranty—Give guide by hotline or visit site for service in warranty.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Automation / Commissioning experience: 2-5 years
2. Engineering and food industry experience is an advantage
3. Experience of the food processing, chemical or pharmaceutical industry is desirable but not essential
4. Educated to Bachelor degree level or equivalent
5. Professional automation qualification is desirable but not essential
6. Business Awareness
7. Be familiar with project electric design Demonstrates an overall understanding of the operation
8. Be familiar with project electric design
9. Good skill in software programming in AB and SIEMENSE PLC and commissioning
10. Good skill in software programming in SCADA (WinCC Flexible, Wonderware Intouch, WinCC, etc.)
11. Good PC sill on MS office, AutoCAD etc.
