A global aviation manufacture prepared to establish the largest aircraft engine overhaul center for Asia in Shanghai, China. This kind of overhaul base did not exist in Great China region until our client landed.
The candidate would need to have significant experience working closely with CEO and COO, with wide and rich exposures to establishing a new start-up entity base through the HR organization and group.
Organization construction and recruitment were the core responsibility for this role in the beginning 2 years of this new engine overhaul base. At the same time, the executive would be responsible for managing the development and implementation of HR strategy and policies regionally.
